The working atmosphere at Check24 RSV was outstanding. I felt like I was in a very friendly environment, where I was confident that I could always get support from colleagues or managers. This supportive and collaborative atmosphere significantly contributed to my positive experience at the company.

The communication at Check24 was also exceptional. Every six months, I received feedback from my manager along with a strategy for my career development. I was always informed about what I was doing well and areas where I could improve. I particularly appreciated the approach where employees almost never received negative feedback, but rather positive encouragement, which fostered a motivating and constructive work environment.

Despite our team being very international, the employees were able to cooperate exceptionally well. Check24 handles this area very effectively, fostering strong collaboration and mutual respect among diverse team members.
Work-Life-Balance
The work-life balance at Check24 was excellent. In my 3.5 years of working there, I never experienced pressure to overwork. While I sometimes chose to work hard, it was always my decision. This balance was a significant achievement of our General Manager, who ensured that people maintained good performance without pressure. Additionally, there were ample holidays and sick days that could be taken without any issues. We even received an extra day off once for good performance. The company also organized fantastic entertainment and team events, which helped me build strong friendships.

Team leads consistently did their job very well, managing any potential conflicts efficiently. Their supportive and professional approach contributed significantly to a positive and productive work environment.

During my career at Check24, I occasionally received interesting tasks. The availability of challenging and engaging tasks largely depended on the willingness of the employee to take them on. There were numerous opportunities to work on exciting and complex projects, as well as the option to handle regular and more routine tasks. This flexibility allowed employees to tailor their workload according to their preferences and professional goals.

The overall package, including career development opportunities, work-life balance, and additional benefits, makes it a well-rounded and attractive place to work.
