thank you for the review, we appreciate the time you took to share your perspective. It’s great to hear that you value the team and work atmosphere.

One remark on women in leadership positions: We might still have a way to go regarding gender equality. However, particularly in IT, management has started initiatives to encourage more women to apply for leadership roles. Did you know that overall the company has set the goal of having one-third women at the two management levels below the Executive Board by the end of 2025? We are well on our way to reaching this target. Currently, women hold 31% of the leadership positions both directly below the Board level and on the second management level at Sartorius.
