The only thing that bothered me is that I had to switch firms to not work with Hybris anymore. I would have gladly stayed many more years in the company if only I had an alternative.

Perhaps pick up some projects that are not so much SAP-Hybris oriented.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working environment, at least in the teams I've worked in, was really relaxed and nice. The colleagues were cool, the workload wasn't too stressful and regular feedback was provided.
Kommunikation
Almost all projects follow the agile-scrum methodology, and all the scrum ceremonies are held. Important things are reguraly documented and the team communicates via its own chat-client channel or video-chat app, so there isn't any information loss.

Most of the colleagues are very young and friendly, I've met many great people here and we became good friends
Work-Life-Balance
During the corona times the company installed a 'homeoffice first' policy, meaning that there was no obligation to be present in the office a certain ammount of tine per month, which was really nice. Other than that, the company has a good flexi-time policy as well, meaning that you can shorten your working day if you have overtime hours or even take days off with enough overtime.
Vacation days must be, of course, discussed with the team and agreed upon, but I have never met resitance when I planned my holidays.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management seems to care about their employees, sending regular OfficeVibe surveys and taking direct or anonymous questions into consideration and answering them regulary during an all-hands-on-deck meeting with all employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
The main tasks revolve around SAP hybris and this is really interesting if you are a beginner or you start a new project, but if you happen to join a team that is in the middle of a project or said project was inherited from another team, then it can get annoying and boring really quick.
Gleichberechtigung
The management is really proactive and fair about equality and it shows, 5/5 here, but a few colleagues can't seem to get this through their head.

There are employees of all age groups, age is not an issue here.

Top notch equipment and everything, can't ask for more. Also the onboarding process in this firm is the best I've ever seen so far, hands down.

The firm encourages the use of public transportation/bicycle instead of personal car and rewards the employees with a mobility subsidy.

For my level I can say that I was compensated fairly, nothing to complain about here.

As an employee you are supposed to set and work on some yearly goals, some company-related, some of your own choosing, both being focused on your personal development. You have access to e-learning accounts and you are supported by the company if you want to do a certain certification.
