Everything. Mainly Flexibility and friendly colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing.
If your question is "then, why you left?", my answer will be, a change and to experience other work atmospheres.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
There is always a possibility to make things better. Actinium will sure make it when it is needed. Could be better in planning new tasks considering actual work loads (but in consulting, we need to also meet client targets).

Good. But depends more on the employee to plan the tasks(prioritize). Team is not big, so may feel stress when everything comes at once. But it will be for sure compensated.

Good. If you see any problem, you can directly report it to the Manager/CEO.
Interessante Aufgaben
In every project there are new/crazy challenges (if you take them). Which make whole work interesting. If you like drives/travelling and visit the clients, you will have more fun.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
In my presence at Actinium, I worked with employees/students aged from 16 to 65 years. If you have the knowledge and capability, Actinium will never leave you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Perfect. If you really need something (and management also think you need it), you will get it. Software or Hardware, is always up to date.
