I was positive ways impressed how well all went during the first days. After that it has been sometimes a bit more difficult to get all the prosesses to order, accept or check some issues, like invoices, contracts etc. I would also recommend some self seen matters to be rethought:
- all trainings should not be in first days, I could use all that info later when I figure out the structure of BDR better
- short online trainings for used systems like Jira, SRM, NDA, SAP HR Workflow usw would help a lot, instead of asking around and then doing loads of mistakes in the beginning
- maybe a Tutor-Mitarbeiter for all these questions would be great, for those who like the idea, from the same working area, for me an Assistent, so I wouldn't bother all with my questions - and in the end they don't even know how to help. The problem is also that I personally would need something else than an Engineer for example.
SUMMA SUMMARUM: I find the recruiting prozess all together good, effective and transparent. I have still couple of the MAs I found the first days, and who still are willing to help me when needed. And almost 80% all staff are helpfull and understand when a new person doesn't have the same knowledge as they after 30 years or more in the company. So couldn't be happier!
