The whole team is great. I feel there is always an ongoing effort to continue building a great team and I feel that everyone is able to speak, say his or her opinion and can feel highly valued by others.

In terms of work-life balance, I don't have any complains at all. I was able to take holidays whenever I wanted. I was also able to take home office and flexible working times whenever needed.

Good and communicative relationship between managers and employees. There are regular 1-1s and also company meetings where important projects and news are explained to everyone.
