I am so glad that i no longer work at the globus in völklingen. I cannot recommend applying for a job at that particular globus.
I can only share my own experiences:
The superiors are very unprofessional. Papers and reports were simply destroyed because they didn't like the way it was worded. There was no constructive criticism only the crossed-out report back. The secretary, however, was very friendly and apologised to me for this behaviour and explained to me that this is just how their superiors are...
In addition, the personnel management is unfortunately not much better. A situation was twisted in a way that didn't happen just to make me look bad. They were also unfriendly every time you called in sick, even if you had a doctor's note.
Unfortunately, there was also no clear communication within the team. Even though the colleagues were quite nice, things were only phrased vaguely and expectations were not clearly communicated.

in addition, in the leading roles there are only old white men with women as secretaries. whoever wants old, outdated values is in the best company there.

My conclusion is that the Globus in Völklingen clearly lacks transparency and I can only advise you to think twice about starting at the Globus in Völklingen.
