Arbeitsatmosphäre

you have to make huge differences between berlin and dresden here. Dresden office is nice, full of colour, bright, friendly, open and warm. Whenever something nice happens, it is in dresden , not in berlin (beach party, nice wall decor, room concepts (forest) and so on)

Kommunikation

PR does what they can but sometimes this does not help, monthly q&a session (did not happen in the last few months) is a lot of "saying nothing with a lot of words". people are brave enough to ask the same questions over and over again but never get a satisfying answer. Questions like "do you think that the fluctuation is normal " or "why do we increase salaries after people decide to leave and not upfront" get laughed away - which is really sad.

Work-Life-Balance

most of the people take it quite easy on the job - guess because there is not much you can change with such a management and as salary is not high , people can profit from a better work life balance

Arbeitsbedingungen

Would be great to have the same level of office vibe in berlin as we have in dresden. Great that berlin has an office manager now - this will help to improve.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Average - you better negotiate good in the beginning as the yearly increase can be expected around 0-2% - which is really a shame

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Learning budgets are not tied to a person but they are company wide so you really have to "fight" for 100€ tickets - not what it used to be sadly

Dear LOVOOian,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions for improvement with us. We always read the evaluations carefully to be able to understand your gain points, but of course, also pain points.

We are always pleased to hear that the team spirit at LOVOO is enormous and that working together is fun in many ways. Further, we think it's great if our employees make good use of their work-life balance and that our employees are flexible in their daily planning when they need it.

It´s a pity that you find the office in Berlin not as lovely as the one in Dresden. Nevertheless, as you have already written, we have our new office manager with whom you can discuss and implement your wishes so that a nice working environment can also be created for all the colleagues in Berlin to add a special charm. The events will also increase again for both offices at the same time. We are really looking forward to it when the offices are filled with nice faces again after the Corona emptiness at various get-togethers.

Of course, we take your criticism regarding the communication between management and employees as a suggestion for improvement and try to be even more transparent in the future and after the holiday period, the Q&As will take place regularly again.

If you have any further training wishes or requests, you are welcome to contact us. So far this year we have been able to fulfill all further training requests and we are trying to continue to make this possible for everyone.
