Phorms is extremely good about answering questions, addressing challenges, and in providing opportunities to provide feedback.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing so far. Although I think Phorms could have offered better support in the residency/work permit area, the difficulties aroud these issues are the fault of the German state, not the employer.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The transition to Germany is a bigger difficulty than I was led to believe. The process of getting a work permit is an extremely difficult and broken system in Germany right now, and I wish I had been better prepared for this before I came. That said, I understand why an employer would wish to not be 100% upfront about the chaos in the country, as it may well dissuade otherwise interested employees from making the move here.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The school is relaxed because the students are generally quite well-behaved and motivated. The school leadership is excellent, present, and fair. Everyone seems to be happy and genuinely like each other.
Kommunikation
There is quite a bit of information given both by the parent company and the school itself, yet there is often a lack of organization to the information so that it can be efficiently stored and recalled.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is clearly a good relationship between the workers, the leadership, and the students.
