Every day a new surprise! Made over 200 people redundant including your direct colleagues? What do you know? These were employees we are sad to see go and who left at their own accord.

Remember to keep your linked in and google search results active! these are great ways to find out what is going on in your own company - because documentation created internally cannot have more information available on it than what we provide externally. Because ya'know we trust our employees. We have great all hands meetings, where topics not previously communicated widely will be greeted with a vehement "but we told you already" ....did you not get that google alert?
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Used to be amazing, you actually wanted to hang out with the people around you. You felt like you were working with some incredibly smart people on some really great projects. Now we have been reduced to a whiney bunch all in our own foxholes who just don't trust anyone. But don't worry, this is all a figment of your imagination as silos and miscommunication does not exist at this company!

Absolutely fantastic! you will not have on call in your contract but be berated for not being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week especially when on holidays - because how dare you!

If you are looking for a leadership team that inspire you to do better and be better and be your champion, then this is rare and individual leader dependent....and if you are a strong leader with great experience, vision and talent, please just don't it will break you.

Dance for me puppet! there are no clear structures into what goes into a salary negotiation and why you get what you get. Only a vague: there is X budget and I like this other person more than you / you are at your bands ceiling height, and then find out there are no bands.
