Very challenging and fast paced but never overwhelming.
People here want to push things forward and have the mindset to do so without becoming rude. Always profressional and communicative.
Kommunikation
Internal Communication:
Mostly in english, since many coworkers have yet to become proficient in the german language, but some are striving to.
External Communication:
Preferably german, but the customer doesn't shy away from using english.
Also very quick to respond/help.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are always helpful in times of needs and know how to exchanges jokes also.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My direct superior is often close by and fast to respond/help even upon e-mails, which is a big plus.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on the project, but i got lucky with my assignment to be able to join a very young project in an early development process.
Arbeitsbedingungen
could be better, could be worse. I got every necessity provided by the company like headset, work phone and a bag for the notebook but only after request.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Depends on each individuals negotiation skills and experience/hard skills in general. The salary ceiling for non management positions seems to be much higher than my previous company according to Kununu.
Only the future will tell.

This company enjoys a great appriciation with the customer which makes coworking a lot more comfortable. This level of trust is hard to find as an external.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Asking never hurts and if it fits into the project goals, it's always possible for further development.
Currently the company is working on an internal 'Academy' with job related seminars. Looks promising, but has yet to finish.
