Horrible Management, lack of communication and coordination.

The only positive thing that I can honestly say about my experience with Majorel Münster was the fact that I met some very friendly and helpful colleagues (working the same position or in training with me).
Everything else was a horrible experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone looking for work in the CS field within Germany.
From the beginning of my training (which felt rushed and incomplete) I was given a lack of time and guidance to prepare myself for the roles and responsibilities of the position, specifically the technical side of things when working within the various UI's of the company software as well as correct policy for how to handle certain situations.
My questions would go unanswered for days at a time as would requests for contact leads which are needed to perform the duties on my position. I was constantly given conflicting information between the coaches and team leads. There seems to be a major disconnect and lack of coordination/communication between the two groups of supervisors, which negatively effected customer relations in pretty drastic ways, leading to angry and annoyed customers. This made Majorel the company they contract for seem incredibly unorganized and was unprofessional in every sense of the word.
I contacted the coaches and my team leads about my concerns on multiple occasions yet they did not express any concern for these issues or demonstrate any attempt to fix the problems that I was addressing, instead they just excused their behavior for reasons such as "we're too busy". I felt that I was being pushed aside.
I brought my concerns up with the Betriebsrat and was told they would address them directly, they then pawned the complaints I had off to someone else and nothing was changed and I never heard back about my concerns again. This inspires a complete lack of faith in one's ability to rely on the workers council to fix workplace issues.
