The work atmosphere was positive in the last years, and I could feel a sense of being part of a 'growing company.' The managers (with the exception of one) were attentive to the employees and worked on improving team cohesion and bonding. However, I feel that these efforts were undermined when new management was introduced. The announcement was abrupt, and there was no clear communication to the employees about why this change took place. Afterward, it became unclear who to communicate with, and I was 'suggested' not to speak with certain people, which created confusion and mistrust. This created a very uncomfortable and tense situation for me as this was not the company I joined.
