Unrealistic goals and too much pressure
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Above average salary, interesting industry, much space to grow and learn.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Unrealistic goals, employee treatment. Quite lawsuit risky. Lack of professionals that understand how to lead and organize employees within the organization. Lack of management training and consequences for misconduction of senior leadership.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Get management training for upper management. Seriously, the way simple analysts are treated would be not acceptable in any other German company.
Introduce time tracking and hire more people to deal more efficiently with the workload.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Decent atmosphere, but everyone seems afraid of upper management. Unrealistic goals and non-competitive business model. Way too much workload (most stay late in the office).
Kommunikation
Communication happens mostly on-demand. Most workflows are unstructured, undocumented and change each couple of weeks. Strategic decisions are communicated through external sources or news, rather then with the employees.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Events are nice but appears since the IPO this has suffered. Most of ex-employees had to struggle with their lawyers, so not really sure about the loyalty of the company towards their employees.
Work-Life-Balance
Forget about it. It's expected that you work all the time, especially on weekends. If a client has a major campaign to launch at 2am on the weekend, it's expected that you do it. There is a reason they fight against a working council and time tracking tools within the company, which is also quite illegal in Germany.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on who your buddy is. There is an inner club (promote themselves higher up all the time) that go with the flow and don't ask a lot of questions. Compared to professional IT companies the lack of professional management training is really visible here.
Interessante Aufgaben
Really interesting industry to learn and to grow in. But rather get to know the clients and get hired by them to do the same job for the same money but with way better work life balance.
Gleichberechtigung
Everyone is treated equally, all the company cares about is hitting your quarterly KPIs.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Non-existent as they higher young talents. Senior talent would not agree to work under such conditions.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office, benefits. If you break down working hours to salary it's about average.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Lots of travelling to clients and face to face meetings.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Better than industry average, but again if you calculate the working hours and salary, it's about ok. Nothing super competitive here.
Image
Struggled in the past with news about questionable business practices and law suits. Still decent image among the industry.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you're willing to put in the effort and not ask a lot of questions, you can make a really decent career here and get stocks.
