I like a lot the direct contact and really the flat hierarchy at work, understanding, and the support for being adapted and developed.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Starting this year, it is a quite flexible working atmosphere, there are days where it is a lot to do but this becomes compensated after it. You can arrange your time and work.
Kommunikation
In this case, I can say that the initiative comes from the person itself too, but of course, they ask and care for your feelings and well-being. Whenever you want there are also meetings with your team leader and all the time the company plans and development have been communicated.

In a way or another, team cohesion exists. All members of the team work together for achieving the main goal of being as fast and correct with our clients.

By having a flexible working hours the work-life-balance is being achieved well. Since that depends on ourselves planning and communicating
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Here between the team leader and members the plan and clear expectations are being set. During the meetings and internal development trainings we follow up on those expectations. Constructive feedback is also provided all the time.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is always something new to learn or understand, at least for me now. Of course, the work sometimes becomes the routine too but that is what happens in every working place at the moment that you get stable.

Here it does not matter which gender or nationality you have. It matters just if you work/ try your best for achieving the common goal.

I got the highest motivation after I talked with the old employees of the company, their building path showed me that, their work and contribution was and is appreciated.
Arbeitsbedingungen
For the work that we do, we have the necessary task and options. If we need something extra we can request and discuss it. There is enough space and security working conditions for the microbiology lab.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
We as employees and the managers themselves try to do our best for having a human condition too since now of the pandemic time this was a bit hard to be achieved.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are paid in time. Of course as e beginner that it is not so high salary but that is almost the same with other labs too. After you finish your training and get more responsibilities that get higher too.

People that really understand the company goal talk good about it, and that is what I can see myself too. Promises that I also got during my interview I am living now too.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Even tho I am not so old here, I can consider myself that I learned and I am learning a lot. If you want and are open to new steps in your development there it is always something more to get. Of course, here we should be having patience too since nothing can be achieved in a week.
