Feedback culture is too much intensive. Some "experienced colleagues" are still acting very unprofessional: giving you a positive feedback in front of you, but a very negative feedback one month later on a paper....

Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks were very interesting until I had to imitate the voice of another colleague for a private issue. I felt totally bad about the this task and had to refuse to do it.
