The team does their best, but they have been given limitations by leadership that make it difficult to deliver.
Some of leadership tries, but as things change in the organization, communication is becoming intransparent, cold, and at times, even dishonest.
Colleagues are great, but the decisions that the leadership makes caused chaos and unstable environment. Only people that are part of the inner circle are heard, but there is no clarity how one gets promoted. Employees are being overworked, often treated like pawns and mishandled.

If you are motivated you can learn on the job, but you have to fight a lot to get further training.
