Cool team with lots of energy and dedication! What stands out is that everyone is super helpful and really seems to care - both about each other, and about how well the job gets done. It's probably the most suitable environment for those quite ambitious to do a good job and have individual impact, but who are still super team-oriented and conscious that results ultimately take teamwork.
Very busy and fast-paced most of the time - certainly not lacking a good challenge though and any overtime is compensated in additional free time, which is cool
There seem to be lots of different options to progress and grow within the company - I'm asked about my interests and goals a lot, so it's worth investing in them to make the best of it :)

Personally I've only had good experience with my supervisors and I've had 4 so far - for me, it's been a good balance of not settling for the minimum and pushing for me to use my potential, while also (for me very important!) having a good understanding that life is life, so personal situations and challenges are not just dismissed as irrelevant.
I always felt included and welcome - the communication is respectful but also clear. Sometimes there's lots of messages to follow on various channels.

There seems to always be something new to do and learn, and everyone reacts positively if I express interest in taking on new or more responsibility. The company is growing and changing but still in a "healthy" manner which gives a sense of lots of potential future opportunities to try out new things!
There is a lot of room for development, the environment is agile and dynamic and it supports fast learning in different skills and areas. The clients are big global companies and working for them provides very interesting and useful learning possibilities. As with any agency, the work can be intense. This doesn’t necessarily mean overtime, but it does mean that time is tight, and one must be able to prioritize and move quickly from one topic to another. It is a fast-paced work environment with many client-facing elements which can be demanding.

I have been with ctrl QS 7+ years, and I feel really proud to be working here and see how ctrl QS has developed throughout the years.
The atmosphere is highly collaborative, not just within my team but also across other teams, I can always count on somebody stepping in to help.
As a parent, work-life-balance is really important, I really appreciate the flexibility not only from my supervisior but also from my team, it makes me feel supported in my personal lives as well.
ctrl QS supports us with learning time, within our normal working hours, so I find that really helpful and it gives my the oppertunity to independently educate myself.
Salaries are being discussed quite openly and the process is known by every team member, there is nothing I am personally missing.

All working equipment is up-to-date and is being properly maintained and exchanged if needed, we have everything we need throughout the day - water, coffee, breakfast essentials, we have our own Späti, and lunch is being provided once a week, and during our team days once a month.
There’s a strong culture of open communication, where feedback is encouraged and valued at all levels. The communication is transparent and that helps building trust and ensures that everyone feels heard and respected.

Every single thing was a nightmare.
Instead of telling people to make positive comments on Kununu after receiving a negative review, work on the attitude of your managers in real life. Some of them are not really a good fit to be a manager.
Managers are very commanding and unfriendly, they only like you if you say yes to everything they say and take every blame. peers on the other hand have zero patience to new starters and do not want to share any kind of knowledge. at least this was the situation in my team.
Remote work, yay!
No cohesion at all. My peer never wanted to give me onboarding on anything because she simply did not want to. When she did it, I could not even ask questions because she would answer in an angry tone.
Very unfriendly managers. They never ever had weekly 1-1s with me. They just hire you, teach you nothing, give you a bunch of tasks, and expect you to perform perfectly.
I witnessed a lot of times swear words to clients or team members, and sometimes even arguments during calls. Come on guys, do not act like everyone is your enemy except for your 3 member-team.

Always tricky, more from a general perspective and I think there is not the perfect place to work from, but there are options to have flexibility in working remotely (for a time) and reduce working hours.
Trust among the team is important and at least with the ones I worked with directly this was always the case.

it`s an agency... life can be stressful, let`s face it. At the same time, the company really supports people with family, is very flexible with allowing to adapt working time etc.
There are many people who have been there for a very long time and taken on various positions and roles. It´s very inspiring.
I love my team
monthly all-hands meetings where updates are shared from the senior management, lots of collaboration and announcemente through MS Teams channels - it is a lot to keep up with, but if you want to be informed, you easily can, it´s all out there.

I really enjoy the working environment. Everyone is very respectful, open and inclusive.
There are core working hours from 10 to 5 which limit the overall flexibility. However, it's generally no problem to occasionally be flexible if there is any need for (e.g. for personal appointments etc.). Also there is the option to work from abroad for 3 months per year.
ctrl QS supports each team member in their development on a very personal and individual level. I always felt very supported in mine.

If there is one small thing, I would mention - the meeting discipline. These are sometimes set too short, so that you end up with a little delay. But overall, it's really not worth mentioning.
Even in stressful times, interaction is always respectful and goal-oriented.
ctrl QS is an agency. There are better and worse days for a work-life balance. However, my experience has shown that balance is always sought and it is important for colleagues to find a good balance.

Communication at ctrl QS is extremely pronounced. Teams is the most frequently used channel for communication and ensures transparency at all times.
I have never worked in a company where diversity is valued so highly. ctrl QS has an extremely high proportion of women, including in management positions, and is open to all people regardless of their origin or orientation. It makes me very proud to be able to work in such an environment.
The range of tasks and development opportunities is large. You can take site steps, apply for completely new areas of work and follow your own development paths based on your own strengths and weaknesses.
