Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Colleagues are great...they make the experience!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Broken promises. Management drags its feet and doesn't take action, even when it's obvious. Claim total transparency, but clearly it is not. Salaries are very low. Requests for training and assistance were met with "go read this document." Decision maker's attitude is obnoxious. Very high turnover. Lack of stability. No real on-boarding or training. Senior management doesn't respect employees.
No real sales strategy, but lots of immediate results expected. Lack of research into the market. Unwillingness to adapt to market. Chaotic and disorganized. Not a professional environment. Communication issues. Ignoring major problems (lying, intimidation, manipulating information) even when brought to the Senior management's attention.
Human resources unwilling to handle major issues (due to lack of power to do it?). General waste of time for development and career.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Listen to employees. Make the decisions that need to be made. Stop blaming employees for the company's mismanagement. Respect your teams!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Insanely bad. Irresponsible and completely disorganized. Lack of knowledge and execution. No strategy. Unable to communicate clearly. No support when discussing the problem with company's decision makers.
