Almost everything except the salary and social benefit. Which is why I will leave the company.

Hitachi has to replace top management in the GIS business unit, otherwise, this business unit will not exist much longer. We need management that values quality and exemplifies this value. We don't need management that speaks of quality but makes decisions that make it impossible to deliver quality.

Larger waves of layoffs are concealed. Decisions are made in the upper management, which affects the daily business without anyone from the daily business being involved. Employees are then put in front of finished things, which are not even communicated and which hit you unprepared.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Was better too. The mood has become a little more toxic among colleagues. Many are on the verge of burnout and are therefore very stressed and toxic.
Work-Life-Balance
Non-existent, you are invited to meetings or called in the evenings. Constant pressure to deliver unrealistic results that are seldom achieved despite massive overtime. The blame then lies with the employee, if things work out, the managers are the heroes.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Many department heads are superiors and not executives. On paper they are managers, in reality, they are placed in front of the employees and lead very little. Nepotism among the superiors, which leads to the fact that many of the superiors are unable to lead the departments properly.

Employees working for more than twenty years for the company got fired within a 15 minutes meeting for cost-saving reasons. Job outsourcing to India. Overall more than three hundred employees got fired without an official announcement. Getting back to work after vacations and several colleagues were missing.

1) A lot of unpaid overtime 2) Disrespectful behaviour of the superiors towards the employees 3) Toxic working atmosphere because many of the employees are on the verge of burnout.

No environmental awareness is present within this company. Environmental awareness only exists in the marketing department.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Social benefits and salary are ok but do not compensate for the overtime that is worked, such as the stress and the disrespectful treatment of the employees.
