Very poor. Some individuals have the veto right, and you can do nothing about it even if you have solid arguments. Very sad gender equality, no female leaders.

Alright-ish. Too little space for confidential meetings, everyone is taking calls from desks, which is encouraged by the management team.

Powerus does quite well in this area.

No perspective. There is some developmental budget however no guidelines or suggestions on how to use it. It is mainly used only to attract candidates
