We have yearly global meetings during which we are informed about how well the company did in the last year and the plans for the future.
We also celebrate key project achievements, individual personal success (such as certifications, degrees, etc.), as well as learn from failures of others (for example if competitors screw up, we take a notice and plan for preventive measures).
An employee is judged only on the competence and personal circumstances are always considered to provide arrangements to make an employee comfortable.
