Broken people strategy, lack of processes that explain the reviews here. During the screening for an HR position, with an HR colleague, the interviewer was not able to answer simple questions about the organisation of the company.
On top of that, they take incredibly long to respond to candidates.
As an HR professional, it would be a very interesting challenge to come in and fix the team. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a priority within the company.
Ich wollte mich auf eine Anzeige auf der Website des Unternehmens bewerben, konnte die Bewerbung aber aufgrund eines Systemfehlers nicht abschicken. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde ich ohne Grund und ohne Antwort blockiert, nachdem ich eine höfliche und erklärende Antwort an die zuständigen Mitarbeiter auf Linkedin geschrieben hatte. Eine unglaublich arrogante und inakzeptabel unprofessionelle Vorgehensweise. Ich empfehle definitiv nicht.
They approached me via LinkedIn, to which so responded, which normally don’t do. No response from them, until I pinged them again 2 weeks later.
Had a good talk with HR, they certainly need somebody like me, but different than agreed, no response for 1 month.
This company certainly doesn’t have their things together. They want to scale their engineering to 200% size, but they don’t even manage to meet up with potential engineers. They don’t even have the courtesy to respond to emails, as if they were seeking for bad reviews e.g. here on Kununu. Whatever their reasons might be to decide against someone - cutting off communication without notice is not how you do business and that attitude will bounce back to you.
The company has an interesting, but highly challenging business case. If they run their organization with such an unprofessional attitude, and fail already at hiring engineers, then I don’t see the slightest chance for them. Still, best of luck.

Give feedback, especially if they are pinging you for it.
They are working with external partners in recruitment and hr that are managing these processes. They source candidates through direct search. The business case is promising but the means to acquire talent and handle the sourced candidates in a respectful way, provide reasonable and personal feedback leaves much to be desired. The process requires you to submit cases that are never discussed with the parties involved and used as a screening tool. A complete waste of valuable time.
