The atmosphere is mixed between a family startup feeling, cool events and between a careless of employees, tension between departments
Kommunikation
Very poor communication. Missing alignments and what is discuss with everyone is only the good side of the picture
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Inside department the work between colleague is very good. But when it comes to work in between departments it is quite different.
Work-Life-Balance
Very flexible time and flexible holiday days. Somehow working time not fair and disbalanced. Some are working extremely much (especially supervisors) some are not working much. Not everyone is doing time keeping too.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really depends in which team. Overall missing the trust and empowerment in the experts, so that high level can focus on high level topic.
Some high positions are also definitely not suited well.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product is awesome and it is quite motivating to work on it.

Not really what wingcopter try to show. The batterie technology is not very green. But this is normal in development phase.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not too bad but also disbalanced between position and employee. Some transparency and salary policy would help.

Quite difficult if the company is also not developing much. Few employees are developing, some with no reason to, many no. In general missing empowerment too.
