Hardly any information from the Management on decisions. Very often being lied to about the true facts.

Never seen a place like this before where even the management is talking behind ones back. Loyalty isn´t part of the vocabulary. Lots of animosities and jealousy within teams.

Little flexibility because management doesn´t trust people.

Depends on the team but overall no good leaders (left).

Definitely cool projects. Variety is given.

What is this? Hardly any female teamleaders. Males earn more when in the same function. Part time workers can´t be teamleaders.
