We have a lot of internal training opportunities, as an engineer, this is important. I have a subscription to O'Reilly learning, and it is expected that I get better at my job over time. I think salaries match industry norms.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I am unsure how easy it would be to move up with so many people around, but I think having so many people around makes learning and interacting with others very beneficial to my career.
