Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
90% of people are young, friendly, easy going and always smiling - that counts for the managers too which creates a really nice and welcoming atmosphere in the office. No matter which department I worked in people were always happy to help with things that were new to me and did so with a smile on their face.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Sometimes it made me sad to do certain tasks that weren`t exactly exciting (which is normal as a working student) but to not learn anything new. I feel like as a working student or intern we do tasks that our managers or bosses in general don`t have time for or maybe don`t want to do but in exchange we should learn relevant things and get some sort of insight we normally would not get. I missed that sometimes.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
In some departments it is really obvious how they prioritise certain things and people, which is obviously a necessary thing to do but letting people feel that what they are doing is not as important as whatever else is kind of demotivating and makes one question why one`s position in the company even exists. So my recommendation would be to give everyone the feeling of being equally important to the company.
