Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Cutting important functions while keeping a 15+ ppl HR who celebrate their own promotion while ppl had to leave for cost saving. Not good style

Verbesserungsvorschläge

We were talking about agile mindset, but almost all the scrum masters were made to leave. The importanve should be seen!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Atmosphere was better in the past. A lot of people are afraid of losing the job and cannot see it coming.

Kommunikation

Not great really.

Its good within team.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Hello dear colleague,
Thank you for your honest feedback. Of course, it's a sad thing that the current situation makes you so unhappy. I would like to invite you to talk to us directly the next time you have feedback. That would be much more effective to answer your questions and work together on ideas for improvement, wouldn't it? ;)

I agree, unfortunately there are times, like the current economic situation, that are not great. And this is where our management MUST make decisions that are not some of the nice ones. Such decisions are never made cheerfully, but well-considered, because we are talking about colleagues, about people. And of course it is also difficult for us to lose good employees.

But I have one request: please let's not start discussing which position would be worth less or worth more. This decision is never easy.
But one important thing: It is not true, that the decision to let people leave and the decision to promote people were made at the same time. I would like to clarify here briefly:
There were promotions made throughout the company last October as well as salary raises. The HR promotions were directly dated to January and this was already clear in October.

If you're open, feel free to come by and talk to me or anyone else on the HR team about all your topics. :)
Greetings, Verena and HR Team
