Arbeitsatmosphäre

Ranges from tensed to relaxed and you can never predict which one it would be from one day to another.

Kommunikation

Communication from the management is horribly poor. Either limited information gets passed or you're bombarded with unnecessary information. There's no clear understanding of who needs what information. They need a COO who can ensure operations work better.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

One of the few areas where the company shines. Wonderful colleagues who want to make a difference.

Work-Life-Balance

Since management hasn't figured things out for themselves, they also don't know which direction to push people in. It creates a metastable state of work-life balance.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

You can get lucky, but in my case it's unlucky.

Interessante Aufgaben

Barely any. especially with the switch from Innovation center to IT service center.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There are no career ladders here. It's a good place to start a career, but your only way up is either through politics or hoping that your supervisor leaves.
