I find the atmosphere quite positive.
I think it is difficult to find another company that would be so supportive of parents. I didn't have any stress when needed to pick up my kid during the work day and continue to work from home the rest of workday. There are many more instances when company supported me as a parent.

Ein Mitglied der GF schreibt eine Bewertung und gibt an, wie toll das Tech Team ist? Euer Ernst? im Januar gab es nur zwei Mitglieder der GF (und einen Interims GF, der keine Ahnung hat). Wer also hat diese Bewertung geschrieben?
Und ehrlich: die Kritik am Tech Team ist absolut gerechtfertigt! und ohne den GF des Tech Teams wäre diese Firma schon viel weiter und müsste nicht immer „Flickschusterei“ betreiben. Seht mal zu, dass ihr gute Mitarbeiter nicht vergrault und ständig neue Mitarbeiter suchen müsst.
Die Fluktuation in diesem Unternehmen ist eine Katastrophe und wird immer wieder schön geredet. Allein in den letzten zwei Monaten sind fünf Mitarbeiter gegangen (die mir bekannt sind), von mindestens zwei weiteren weiß ich, dass sie gehen werden.
Wer sich hier bewirbt, sollte ganz genau hinschauen! Bei einem Unternehmen, in dem die tollen Parties gelobt werden, ist immer VORSICHT geboten
Die GF ist sehr kompetent, hat eine Vision, und ist human. Besonders die technische Leitung sticht heraus
Weniger Kritik an der Technik und mehr Dialog über die wahren Probleme!
Die Mitarbeiter der Tech werden oft kritisiert, zu Unrecht! Hier wäre es gut, wenn sich die GF klarer positionieren würde. Ohne den herausragenden Tech Stack wäre das Unternehmen längst nicht da, wo sie ist!

My colleagues are great, welcoming, supportive, and fair.
The way changes are communicated. It happens that it is unclear if the dependencies that caused some decisions are understood. And sometimes, reconsidering a decision that has been communicated before isn't explained at all.
It seems the lack of communication quality causes unnecessary friction and mistrust among colleagues. Top-down communication is very present.
Sometimes colleagues tell me that they don't feel seen or appreciated for the work they do. If I would be in a managing position, this would concern me. Also, the fact that not every colleague knows about every benefit the company offers should be solved.
The work atmosphere here is as pleasant as the colleagues are exceptional - a winning combination to me. I learn a lot and I have freedom and guidance where it is needed.
There seem to be some unsolved conflicts from the past. That sometimes overshadows positive developments.
To me, it is fine. There is a lot of flexibility. The workload is manageable and it is family-friendly.
I really like where I am at at the moment. I can be myself and am encouraged to bring in my expertise and try out ideas.
I am okay with what I am earning. Well, it could always be more, right? Public transportation ticket is subsidized, which is important to me and the benefits package is okay. I am not missing anything right now.
This company has so many different characters, making it fun to work here.
The team is quite young, but I don't think that age matters much in this company.
My direct supervisor is great. I feel I can communicate at eye level and am heard when I give suggestions. In other teams, I think the appreciation of achievements can be improved.

It’s not bad, but you’d think that when you’ve lost about half of the employees in the last 1 or 2 years there’d be some extra for the remaining (hint: there isn’t)
Taking a look at the corporate website and the management team is explanation enough
