Interview process in general went well. Four back to back interviews on one day was excessive. Three of these could have been amalgamated, to reduce repetitive questions and answers.
A request for feedback following an ‘ended recruitment process’ was emailed to me before I was advised the process has ended which was not a good way to find out I was not progressing. Northvolt should ensure candidates are advised that applications are not progressing before any feedback is requested.

I believe the process was straightforward & fast, I especially found it very efficient to use the booking system to schedule an interview. I think the only improvement I would recommend, even though I understand that it would require a lot of effort, but I believe it's highly valuable for rejected applications to receive feedback on which aspect of their application was not seen as a good fit. For example: academic background, professional experience, personality/company culture fit, etc.

1. Interview 15 Minuten gewartet, dann Absage per Mail
2. Interview 10 Minuten gewartet, um mit einer Recruiterin zu sprechen, die überall mit ihrem Kopf ist, nur nicht im Interview
Since applying for a role, I received an automatic "invite" to a logic and personality test. They purposely sent this from a "noreply" email address with no contact details to ask questions.
Really not inclusive for those with anxiety or learning issues. The fact this is demanded in the year 2024 shows how old-fashioned they remained in their operation practices. Plus, this is wanted before even having a casual/formal conversation to check the high-level requirements on both sides match - like location, salary, job duties, team, ways of working, culture etc..
Soon as I got the invite and the "no reply" email I just deleted all their emails.
