  • We're looking for passionate people! Showing us that you truly identify with our vision and mission is one of the most important parts in the entire application process.

  • Let's be as transparent and honest with each other as possible. This is the only to really find out if we really are a fit. Don't be shy to ask (critical) questions and just be yourself.

  • Here's a short overview of our interview process:

    1. Interview: In a first meeting, we get to know each other personally and learn more about each other. This is how we find out whether we fit together. You will meet your Talent Acquisition Manager who will guide you through the entire application process. You will also learn more about reev and the position.

      Prior to the second interview, you will receive a case study that you can prepare in advance. It should not take longer than 2-3 hours.

    2. Interview: In the second interview, your future team leader(s) will give you insights regarding your main tasks within the role. You will learn more about your potential team members and present your case study.

    3. Interview: Come by our office and get a taste of reev. The third interview usually takes place in our office. You will get to know some of the management and will certainly meet one or two future colleagues.

- Gather more feedback and avoid ignoring it or only conducting it quarterly.
- Pay more attention to the selection of team leads, involving team input.
- Provide more career perspectives and opportunities for employees.
- Communicate more transparently with the entire company.
- Set goals that are realistic and achievable again.
Listen to the many Feedback channels. Collect peer review in
probation to avoid more people quitting because of the same people and issues.
Don’t find excuses for facts confirmed multiple times. Don’t listen to people with a lack of insights and/or interest.
You won’t be fired for having an opinion, it’s your job to challenge decisions in certain positions.
