We try to pay as good as possible but can not compete with big brands. At the same time we do not justify an average salary while offering purpose and freedom. Nonetheless, this is constantly on my radar as I will never want my team to think about whether they can pay their rent, food and other things while working at WeShape.

We are a start-up. Things are agile all the time, hence we have communication channels from chat, call, mail, online meeting and of course personal meeting. I think this can and could be more structured but we are on a very good track here.
