-The office is quite nice located in Bonn's Rheinaue, very nice to start outdoor activity directly after work

Very small NGO, no career possible. If you plan to do further training you have to take holidays and pay for yourself

Everyone is frustrated but nice colleagues in general

No personal development - no salary increase possible. It is generally expected that you bring your own laptop when starting with WWEA. Generally speaking WWEA tries to save money on essential work material like internet and telephone flatrate or even pens. Interns are not getting paid at all.

No transparency about the real number of members, financial situation etc.
