As it's a younger and smaller company, some processes are constantly changing and new ones are being implemented. It can be a really great place for those willing to adapt to changes and see this as a learning opportunity, but difficult for those who like structure and certainty.
They are developing a more personalized learning and development program for each employee, which I believe would be a valuable addition. Additionally, they are building a network of co-working spaces, providing an alternative to working solely from home. I'm looking forward to these enhancements.
