From top to down the disrespectful way they deal with very people.
The supervisor works hard to investigate your weaknesses and turn them into his bargaining power. HE deeply analysis your language competence and a chance to getting a better work, your private status and so on in order to control and threat its employees.
Its the opposite of leadership growth.

Supervisor doors always closed despite empty promises about open-door culture.
Communication among employees limited due to playing games.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Culture of fear driven by the supervisor who follows the principle "divide the people and rule" playing them against each other.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Disrespectful towards their employees.
- laughing out loud employees coming with a certain subway
- disrespectful against their results
- regular finger-pointing and blame approach
- not supportive
- building its position on dividing people
People don't leave companies, people leave managers in a hope they won't meet them again. Dare to delete them from any social media. You dont want to meet them again.
Gleichberechtigung
The genders are equal but some are more equal than others.
Its literally reminds on Indias casts. It doesnt matter how good.
