I seriously can‘t say a single good thing about this company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Since the board replaced the CEO (interrim) with one of theirs, it has been extremely toxic. Micromanagement, pressure, bashing - very outdated approaches towards everything. Those who didn‘t get fired right away left voluntarily because of him.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is no team left other than 2-4 people would probably love to leave. The rest was fired or quit already.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Worst i‘ve experienced yet. This goes for the interim CEO especially. We had a board meeting where our entire team had to join and some board members were screaming at us because we didn‘tü deliver the expected growth yet.
