Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The open and supportive environment. The support to do the best job you can and improve and be recognized for that.

Nothing exact comes to mind, there is always room for improvement, but that's life.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Everyone is very approachable and helpful, no door are closed even to the management.

Kommunikation

Management is open and transparent with what's happening and how healthy the company is at each moment. Relevant news are shared in timely manner and feedback is always welcome

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Working with my team is good, there is some tensions with people out of the team we may depend from time to time, but nothing that is out of the ordinary. We do try to improve our collaboration without going into any extrames.

Work-Life-Balance

If you do your expected work and projects are moving as expected, no one will care when and how you work. We have flexibility in work time and environment (as much as the current laws allows). Taking time off to deal with emergencies or taking a rest (so you can recharge and refresh) is totally normal for everyone in the company. There is no hustle culture.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Conflicts are resolved calmly and in timely manner, feedback both for work and leadership are always welcome and team members opinions are taken into considerations when making bigger decisions.

Interessante Aufgaben

Ownership of the work you do is encouraged, we are all part of the team and company and we care about our products. We can't all just do what we like, but people have flexibility to manage their load accordingly or do improvements when deem beneficial. We can't avoid all boring tasks, but that is normal and healthy.

Gleichberechtigung

Sadly we don't have many women at the moment, but I believe this is from external factors and not issues in the company. Opportunities and rewards are distributed based on merit, not gender or sexuality

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

We have people from different generations working hand to hand. People that are with the company from a lot of time are recognized and cherished.

Arbeitsbedingungen

There are things that can be improved(as in any company), but we have all we need to do the job and be comfortable doing so. That's said if someone is expecting fancy laptops and work phones, they would be disappointed. We try to be reasonable with our toys and expenditure

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

We try to be aware and conscious about social and environmental issues and we do what we can. The company do a lot of events with Schools and Universities.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Fair compensation and always on time. Bonuses are distributed when targets are met. I would say is fair, could it be better of course, but most likely at the cost of work-life balance and other things, so I personally think it is solid deal.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It's small company, so growth is not endless, but whenever someone want bigger or different challenge the management tries their best to find something that would work for all parties involved.
