Your goal is to make our sales organization more efficient to increase the overall revenue of kununu. With that you play a crucial role on our road to growth. Ideally in your past role(s) you either did already a similar job or you have been an Expert on SalesForce and want to move out from an operational role on the tool to a more strategic and process-oriented occupation.
Your tasks:
Analyze business data to derive insights about current and past optimization potential and give strategic impulses to leadership team
Challenge and improve existing sales and business processes
Define and implement new sales processes
Designing data driven concepts how to improve Sales Efficiency
Introduce automations into the sales processes wherever it makes sense
Be liaison between sales team and CRM team in regard to automation
Gatekeeping of requests from kununu organization towards SalesForce technical team, internal analytics team
Your skills:
2y+ practical experience of using salesforce (or a similar CRM system)
Deep understanding of SalesForce (or a similar CRM system) and its capabilities
Experience in project management across different departments
Passion for building a well-oiled business
Strong analytics skills
Agile as well as structured mindset
Communications skills to talk to different stakeholders
