Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership of the Technical Department: You are responsible for the overall performance of the technical team, ensuring that all aspects of technical operations, including after-sales services, meet the highest standards.
• Communication: You will coordinate communications between technical managers, customers, manufacturers, suppliers, service centers, competitors, broadcasters, lawyers, and consultants during special events and critical situations in English.
• Certification Management: You will ensure that all required certifications are properly completed and passed before launching new products in the market.
• Strategic After-Sales Service Management: As CTO, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of after-sales services, ensuring that all interactions with agents, dealers, resellers, and end-consumers via various channels such as telephone, email, fax, and post are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Problem-Solving Leadership: You are responsible for the thorough investigation and assessment of issues that arise, proactively developing solutions within the shortest possible timeframe.
• Repair Process Oversight: You will supervise the repair processes for defective products, both in internal and external service centers, ensuring repairs are completed within acceptable timeframes.
• Product Testing: You will lead the testing of new and existing products (both hardware and software) and be responsible for the technical approval of these products.
• Reporting and Advisory: You will produce precise and effective reports on technical matters and provide proactive technical advice to the CEO and management, addressing issues either upon request or on your initiative whenever necessary in English language .

Your Profile:

• Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally within the consumer electronics industry.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in product development, quality assurance, and after-sales service.
• Communication Skills: Superior communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic Mindset: A strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to address and resolve technical challenges proactively.
• Certification Management: Demonstrated experience in managing certification processes and leading product testing initiatives.
