AccessiWay is a European leading company in digital accessibility, focused on making the digital world accessible to everyone. We’re looking for a visionary and determined Head of Country to drive our expansion and operations in Germany. If you’re ambitious, skilled in strategic development, with a performance-driven approach and excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing sector, this role is for you! In this position, you will be the driving force behind AccessiWay'ssuccess in Germany, aligning our mission with local needs and helping shape the future of digital accessibility.
🧑🏽💻 What You’ll Do:
● Market growth leadership: Develop and implement strategies to expand AccessiWay’s presence in [Country], identifying growth opportunities and partnerships.
● P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment with company objectives.
● Build and lead the local team: Hire, lead, and support the local team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
● Compliance and alignment: Ensure local operations comply with national regulations and AccessiWay’s company standards.
● Strengthen client relationships: Work closely with key clients and partners to ensure project delivery and establish long-term relationships.
● Collaborate with HQ: Work closely with HQ teams, including Sales, Marketing, HR and Delivery, to meet local needs and share best practices.
🥷🏻 Who We’re Looking For:
● Proven experience: At least 5 years in strategic leadership roles, ideally as Head of Country, General Manager, or similar.
● Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, with experience in managing P&L.
● Language skills: German , English (C1 level or higher). Other European languages are a plus.
● Knowledge of the market: Proven experience in developing projects in B2B SaaS markets, even if outside the digital accessibility sphere.
● Passion for digital accessibility: A strong interest or experience in digital accessibility is a plus.
● Exceptional leadership skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
