Aufgabengebiet
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and implement a clear product strategy for broadband internet solutions & hardware.
- Define smart KPIs and oversee the product lifecycle & customer journey.
- Take ownership of the broadband product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on cost-benefit analysis and market needs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional virtual team.
- Work closely with experts from engineering, marketing/product management, service, sales, process management, and customer experience.
Market & Customer Insights:
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, incidents, and technological developments.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the product portfolio and enhance the customer experience.
Project Implementation & Execution:
- Act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for broadband-related technical projects.
- Lead projects from analysis and implementation to go-live and continuous adaptation in daily operations.
Anforderungsprofil
- Experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong understanding of international broadband internet landscapes and products.
- Ideally, hold Product Owner/Scrum Master certifications and leadership training.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills, including with top management.
- Passionate about driving digitalization in Austria using the latest technological advancement
- Fluent German and English skills
