Performance Marketing Creative (m/f/x)

The role is perfectly suited for anyone who loves to get hands on creative tasks and has a sharp analytic eye for marketing KPIs. The daily routine that is waiting for is shaped by operational design challenges related to performance marketing initiatives in the B2C as well as in the B2B world.

In this role you would be part of the brand design team and collaborating with talented experts in their fields. To support the mission of our team, both a creative mind as well as a sharp understanding for brand building through design are essential.

• Concepting and designing visual assets for performance marketing initiatives
• Managing stakeholders in design projects
• Analyzing performance of creative assets and implementing learnings
• Ensuring a neat user journey from marketing to product
• Achieving design consistency across touchpoints 
• Creating animations for digital creatives & our product

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a designer
• Wide range of design skills from graphic to motion (in Adobe CC and similar)
• strong performance-driven design expertise
• Experience in stakeholder management and presentations
• Analytical skills and performance KPI knowledge 
• Advanced illustration, photography or video cutting skills are a plus
