Our client is a globally recognized company in the FMCG industry. To further strengthen its team, we are seeking a Head of Demand Planning (f/m/d) who will drive and optimize demand planning processes with analytical expertise and strategic foresight.

Your Challenge

Lead all volume planning routines and processes with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, continuously improving and optimizing them
Provide management with relevant volume and planning insights, results, and action plans in collaboration with key functions
Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, deriving necessary actions
Define and maintain key performance indicators (e.g., Forecast Accuracy)
Conduct SAP testing and provide training for end users
Lead and moderate weekly and monthly Sales & Operations meetings
Participate in or lead Key Account Management projects, such as Customer Centricity, to optimize demand planning processes
Lead and develop the team by fostering individual strengths and enhancing overall team performance

Your Profile

Completed relevant university degree (ideally Master’s)
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent German language skills and good command of English
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
Analytical and structured working approach
Strong communication skills, high numerical affinity, and a good overall business perspective

For this position, the annual gross salary starts at €80.000,- (full-time, 38.5 hours per week, all-in), excluding bonuses. The final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications in a personal interview.
