- Strategic Leadership: Lead regional Talent Acquisition efforts, partnering with HR, business leaders, and external providers to meet hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition Excellence: Develop and execute effective TA programs, ensuring best practices in attracting and hiring talent.
- Executive Recruitment: Oversee hiring for senior roles through direct involvement or external partnerships.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and best practices to guide strategy.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics to address talent challenges and support business growth.
- Partnership Management: Evaluate and optimize relationships with RPO and external search providers.
Anforderungsprofil
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience in multinational and fast-paced environments (e.g., FMCG).
- Proven success in executive recruitment and managing RPO partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
