Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Media Buying Manager for Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing our regional media strategy, covering both online and offline channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external media agencies to optimize campaigns, maximize brand visibility, and support sales and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Regional Media Strategy: Develop and implement regional media strategies, including media cooperation, planning, placement, and analysis across TV, print, OOH, radio, and podcast channels
- 360 Media Buying: Execute comprehensive 360° media buying strategies across European markets to enhance brand awareness, brand consideration, and revenue growth
- Support and Collaboration: Work with regional teams to meet sales, brand, and communication objectives; provide training and build knowledge within regional teams
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports with actionable recommendations for ongoing media activity optimization
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with regional media agencies, oversee briefings, and control agency outputs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure the success of each project
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Proven experience as a Media Manager or in a similar role; digital media experience is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in media planning, implementation, and analysis, ideally in a regional or global setting
- Strong understanding of media and advertising trends
- Proficiency in media analytics software (e.g., comScore)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
