Aufgabengebiet
- Lead the design and architecture of software and systems throughout the project lifecycle for safety-critical railway systems.
- Serve as a technical expert, crafting system architectures that align with customer needs.
- Develop solution architectures by balancing stakeholder expectations, technical and technological options, and considerations of cost, risk, and schedule, in collaboration with project management.
- Ensure compliance with both functional and non-functional requirements (safety, reliability, security, etc.).
- Collaborate within an international, agile team and coordinate with other business line units.
Anforderungsprofil
- Technical education (FH, University) in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 yearsof relevant experience in full lifecycle software development and system architecture.
- Experience in safety-critical industrial contexts,particularly in transportation.
- Experience in a Linux working enviroment
- Experience with Container technologies
- Proficiency in distributed systems,real-time systems, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Familiarity with private/public cloud environments (OpenStack)and container technologies.
- Certifications in software/system architectureare an advantage.
- Experience working in aninternational context (multi-unit/multi-site) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
- Innovative, adaptable, and customer-focused team player.
- Fluency in Germanand English is essential.

- A starting salary of €73,000 gross per annum, with actual compensation based on experience and qualifications.
