Aufgabengebiet
- Conduct internal audits of various business units, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Perform follow-up audits to monitor the status of corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and best practices in internal auditing.
- Assist in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
- Participate in special projects and investigations as needed.
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in internal auditing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and internal controls.
- Proficient in English and Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in audit management software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Vergütungspaket
A gross annual salary of at least €60,000 is offered for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
