Aufgabengebiet

  • Conduct internal audits of various business units, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance areas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Perform follow-up audits to monitor the status of corrective actions.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in special projects and investigations as needed.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in English and Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in audit management software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Vergütungspaket

A gross annual salary of at least €60,000 is offered for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
