Eventhough you can really feel that everyone shares the same values, the teams are not homogenous. You can always challenge the status-quo and I just really like my colleagues.

Honest and constructive feedback is appreciated very much. You get a say in important decisions and you can always ask for help if you need it.

That's a huge factor why I enjoy working at refurbed so much. My colleagues in my team/department as well as my cross-dep. colleagues support each other :)

Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely whenever you want are great.

I can only talk for myself of course but my Teamlead/Head is great and really cares for the team.

Hell yes! I learn a lot all the time, you can be creative (because it's also fine if something doesn't work out) - it's great.
