We are sorry to hear that you felt alienated during company trips—our intention is always to create inclusive and enjoyable experiences for everyone. Office Week is designed with a range of workshops, sport and wellbeing team events, optional company event with free catering and a safeguarding team throughout. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we design future team-building activities to ensure they serve different approaches to socialising.

Regarding the recent layoffs, these were tough decisions made in response to certain challenges, and we did our best to handle them as fairly as possible. While we followed all legal requirements respective countries, we understand this is always stressful and a difficult time for everyone affected. We aimed to offer as much support as possible under the circumstances.
